The job:
You will provide travel services for one of the most famous airline companies in the world. Your daily work will include tasks like these:
- Questions or issues related to luggages or lost goods
- Rescheduling flights, change passenger information, answer to inquiries about flight rules
- Managing complaints and all the different situations related to the flight.
Your qualifications:
💭 You speak and write Italian at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
🎓 Experience in troubleshooting equipment such as DSL routers/gateways, wireless routers, access points, network adapters, multimedia networking products, VoIP products, print servers, and network storage (NAS) is advantageous.
💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
