The job

Start working for an AI-powered Revenue Operations services company dedicated to accelerating innovation and revenue growth for platforms and publishers worldwide. They are looking for a Ad Success Representative. This role is a blend of Account Management, Customer Success, and Ad Operations within the digital advertising space. As an Ad Success Representative, you will act as the primary point of contact between client partners and the internal Ad Operations team, ensuring advertising campaigns are executed successfully while delivering an excellent client experience.

Key responsibilities within this role are:

• Managing a portfolio of client accounts and building strong relationships through regular business reviews and strategic recommendations

• Coordinating with Ad Operations to ensure campaigns are launched, monitored, and optimized efficiently

• Analyzing campaign performance data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve results

• Supporting Direct IO, Programmatic, and Self-Serve advertising campaigns while ensuring operational excellence

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, and Engineering to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

• Helping develop standardized workflows and contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives

Your qualifications

💭 You are proficient in French

🎓 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Ad Operations, or a similar client-facing role. Experience in digital advertising is highly preferred

💻 Experience working with Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, Slack, and customer support tool

💪🏻 Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
