€1,350 gross per month

About the Company
Our client offers you the opportunity to live in Cyprus while building an international career in customer support. You will work on behalf of PlayStation, one of the world's leading gaming brands, in a fast-paced and exciting industry.
Depending on business needs and your skills, you may support customers with account-related issues, technical questions, console troubleshooting, network enquiries, and payment-related matters. Full training is provided before you begin.
The Job
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for answering calls, emails, and chats from PlayStation players. Most enquiries relate to gaming accounts, password resets, payments, consoles, subscriptions, and network-related issues.
Previous experience with gaming consoles is an advantage but not required, as all necessary training will be provided.
Your daily tasks include:
Resolving product and service issues by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
Clarifying complaints and following up to ensure complete resolution
Handling a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chats
Following communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies
Contributing to team performance and customer satisfaction targets
Assisting players with account, console, network, and payment-related enquiries
Your Qualifications
💭 You speak and write Dutch at a native level and are fluent in English (B2). You must also hold a valid EU passport.
🎓 Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
💻 You have basic computer skills and an interest in gaming, technology, or gaming consoles. Strong multitasking skills are important.
💪 You are a problem solver who can build positive relationships with customers.
🥇 You can manage multiple priorities, work well under pressure, and communicate clearly and professionally.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
11:00 - 19:30 for Dutch-speaking agents
Schedule may change according to business needs
Breaks
Two paid 15-minute breaks per day
One unpaid 30-minute lunch break
Holidays

Relocation Package
Option 1
Receive a one-time relocation payment of €1,000 after arriving in Cyprus and starting employment. You arrange your own flight and accommodation.
Option 2
Flight reimbursement of up to €300
One month of free company accommodation
