The job
As a German-speaking Account Executive in the SaaS sector, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle within the German-speaking market.
You will identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships and guide prospects from the first contact through negotiations to closing deals.
This role is ideal for ambitious sales professionals who enjoy ownership, high-performance environments and working in a fast-growing scale-up with short sales cycles.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
Reaching out to potential customers through outbound sales channels
Qualifying leads and building a strong sales pipeline
Conducting product demos and presenting SaaS solutions to clients
Understanding customer needs and identifying business opportunities
Managing forecasts, follow-ups and conversion activities
Building long-term customer relationships within the German-speaking market
Collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach and sales performance
Working schedule
Full-time permanent role with standard Monday to Friday office hours.
The onboarding and training period lasts approximately 4 weeks and is conducted in English.

Your qualifications
💭 You are fluent in German and have strong English skills.
💼 You have 2–3 years of sales experience, ideally within B2B, SaaS or tech environments.
🎯 You are highly results-oriented and motivated to exceed targets.
💬 You enjoy leading conversations, building relationships and closing deals.
🧩 You are proactive, resilient and structured in your way of working.
🚀 You thrive in fast-paced scale-up environments with ambitious goals.
➕ Experience in SaaS, technology or public sector-related industries is considered a plus.
🌍 Additional European or Nordic language skills are an advantage.
