About the job
In this job as Italian Digital Account Manager for one of the biggest technology companies, you would manage relationships with advertising clients, understand their business goals, and help them run more effective campaigns. The role combines account management, strategic consulting, and revenue responsibility. It also requires staying up to date on digital marketing trends and using insights to improve results.
Your responsibilities within this job are:
Handle client issues and ensure timely resolutions
Resolve daily challenges that impact campaign delivery or revenue
Research client goals and market trends to better understand their needs
Identify optimization and growth opportunities
Present tailored advertising solutions and recommendations
Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships
Stay informed about digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices
Use market insights to provide added value to clients
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting
Share client insights with internal teams
Keep detailed records of client activities
Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and performance targets

Your qualifications
💭 You are a native Italian speaker (C2), with good English skills (B2/C1).
💻 Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads); certifications are an advantage. Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or Dynamics 365) is an advantage.
💪🏻 2+ years experience in a telesales, inside sales, or outbound sales environment is a plus. You have a demonstrated ability to manage client relationships or accounts and achieve sales targets.
🥇 Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. Also you are organized, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts.
