If you are not too fond of art and culture, you can spend the day on one of Barcelona's sandy beaches, just a short walk from the city centre. While on the beach, you can enjoy some of the best Mediterranean seafood. The city has a reputation for being the most cosmopolitan, modern, and forward-thinking city in Spain. Although it is a very modern city, you will still find the old neighborhoods like the Gothic Quarter, where the oldest building in the city is located, and countless bars and stores.

The job
As a customer support agent you will be receiving inbound calls and emails from customers. The inquiries will be travel-related regarding service, payment and technical requirements. Your daily work will include tasks like the following:
- Assist with customer inquiries, requests, and orders by entering data accurately into our support tools
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and stay informed about any changes in company or client policies
- Deliver high quality, fast and efficient service, always ready to assist customers with their immediate needs
- Costumer focus in a friendly and professional manner
Your qualifications
💭 You speak and write Slovenian at a native level and English fluently (at least B2).
🎓 Experience in the the customer support industry is a plus.
- Knowledge on accommodation platforms
💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills (MS Office Package)
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with good inter-personal relationship building skills (empathy, listening ability, communication, ability to remain calm in stressful situations)
🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely.
