The job
As a customer support agent you will be handling incoming calls, emails, and social media and provide the customers with help, advices, and guidance. You will receive training before you start working so you will be prepared for handling the customers' requests.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
- Identify the cause of hardware/software faults and provide a solution
- Resolve over the phone, email or onsite via parts and engineer dispatch
- Work with the Technical Account Management team to monitor and track issues to ensure a fast resolution
- Take notes about recurring customer problems and share that information with other technical team members when relevant
Your qualifications
💭 You speak and write Slovenian at a native level and your are fluent in English (strong B2).
🎓 Experience in customer care is a plus but not a must.
💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
🥇 You have strong communication and excellent negotiation skills, and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
