The job
As a customer support agent for this iGaming company your responsibilities mainly include answering emails and chats from customers regarding online banking. There will be a few incoming calls too. Your daily work will include tasks like these:
- Help customers/clients via mail, chat, and sometimes calls regarding questions related to the online casino a sportsbetting
- Handle all inquiries related to promotions and customers who wants to withdraw/cash out money or who have forgotten passwords, needs to update payments method etc.
- Do compliance of ID when players are setting up accounts
Your qualifications
💭 You speak and write French at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
🎓 Experience in customer support is a big plus but not a must.
- Experience in iGaming is an advantage.
💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with good relationship building skills.
🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely.
