If you are not too fond of art and culture, you can spend the day on one of Barcelona's sandy beaches, just a short walk from the city center. While on the beach, you can enjoy some of the best Mediterranean seafood. The city has a reputation for being the most cosmopolitan, modern, and forward-thinking city in Spain. Although it is a very modern city, you will still find the old neighborhoods like the Gothic Quarter, where the oldest building in the city is located, and countless bars and stores.

The job

As a Customer Care & Sales Specialist you are the ambassador of the brand. You'll be responsible for providing a great customer experience by providing support until the sale is finalised. Your daily work includes tasks like these:

• Conduct competent advice and sales discussions with pre-qualified customer leads
• Receive the lead from the marketing team
• Ensure that pre-sales processes run smoothly and give a positive experience to the future client
• Handle the sales processes and focus on giving the client a  positive experience

Your qualifications

💭 You speak Dutch at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Experience in presales, sales, and customer service in a multi-channel environment

💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with attention to detail and focus on sales affinity.

🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
