The job
As a customer support agent your responsibilities include answering phone calls and e-mails. There will mainly occur cases concerning account issues, payment issues, and general information about the iGaming rules etc.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
- Help internal and external customers
- Contact other departments when there is an issue to be solved
- Do customer research (bonuses, deposits, transactions, betting slips, documents, bet calculations)
- Handle customer request queues assigned accordingly to workload
- Maintain a high knowledge of products offered by the company
- Attend team meetings and activities
- Be responsible in the absence of your line manager
- Escalate technical issues
- Ensure chat and email quality assurance
- Analyse any promotion before it’s launched
- Handle the banned procedure
Your qualifications
💭 You speak and write German at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
🎓 Experience in customer support is a plus but not a must
💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills as well as an understanding for the gaming industry. Excellent multitasking skills.
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with good interpersonal relationship building skills.
🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
