The job

As the network technician you will be in charge of delivering local IT support to all technology infrastructure projects located in Brno. Some of your responsibilites will include:

• Physical handling of hardware assets
• Responsibility for asset inventory
• Installation of PCs, laptops, and hardware preparation for deployment to user homes
• End-user support for Applications, OS issues etc., and necessary activities related to site support/administration

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write English  fluently (at least B2-C1).

🎓 IT education (Bachelor/Master) or 1-2 years professional experience on a similar position.

• Experience in managing active Directory, WSUS, and/or anti-virus servers is an advantage
• Experience in networking (Cisco access points)
• Experience/knowledge with supporting user applications (MS Office, Citrix, VPN)
  

💻 You have an advanced general IT knowledge and high level of computer handling skills.

💪🏻 Ability to think analytically and solve problems.

🥇 You have strong communication and decision-making skills, and you can communicate concisely.
