The job
As Head of Appearance, you will manage and lead the Appearance Department, ensuring efficient processes, cost optimization, and alignment with company goals. You will oversee human resource management within the department, stock continuity and control, and ensure that appearance guidelines are consistently applied across studios. This role requires a strong leader with excellent project management, communication, and coaching skills who can develop team leaders while maintaining high standards of visual quality.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
- Leading and managing the Appearance Department to ensure efficiency and cost control
- Implementing appearance guidelines across assigned studios
- Overseeing HR management within the department and supporting team leaders
- Managing stock continuity, accuracy, and streamlining processes
- Overseeing budgets, procurement, and implementing cost-saving strategies
- Coaching and developing team leaders and employees
- Using data analysis and KPIs to drive decision-making and presenting results visually
- Leading projects across departments and ensuring cross-functional collaboration
- Maintaining high standards of visual quality in line with company objectives

Your qualifications
💭 You are fluent in English and have strong leadership and communication skills.
🎓 You hold an original diploma or certified copy (minimum high school).
💪🏻 You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar or senior managerial role, ideally within large organisations.
🥇 You are experienced in managing multiple teams, leading cross-department projects, and coaching leaders.
📊 You are proficient in data analysis, KPI-driven decision-making, and presenting results in tools like PowerPoint.
📄 You hold a valid passport (minimum 1 year 3 months validity at the time of application, for non-Hague Convention nationals legalization may be required).
📌 For candidates already in Serbia: White Card, landlord’s ID, lease agreement, and entry stamp in passport.
📦 You are skilled in stock management, budget oversight, and procurement, with experience implementing cost-saving strategies.
✨ Knowledge or interest in the beauty/fashion domain is a strong plus.
