You will be helping in the sales process (account management) and buying of tickets. Your main responsibilities and tasks include:
- Providing e-mail and phone support to our customers and ensure that you meet the required standard, to maintain a good balance between productivity and quality.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and raise them through the appropriate forum.
- Supporting customers directly on the ground at major events around the world.
- Ability to liaise with other departments as necessary
Your qualification
- You speak and write German at a native level and you are fluent in English (at least C1)
- You are a fast learner within IT systems, and you have basic knowledge of Microsoft office package
- You are self-motivated and you possess good soft skills
- Willing to work in a fast-paced and multitasking environment
- Ability to work on a shift basis
- Experience in customer service is a plus
