The job
Working as a customer advisor means that you are the first point of contact between the customers and the banking company. Therefore, you will be representing them as a company and providing professional advices and guidance with the forthcoming banking inquiries, questions, and issues. This can range from technical issues, general banking questions, issues with payments, and the likes of that. Therefore, it is important that you are a problem-solving individual with a positive attitude. You will receive the necessary training before you start handling customers.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
- Provide the highest level of support to customers via phone and email
- Give accurate, valid, and complete information by using the proper procedures (you will receive all necessary training and tools for this)
- Support in resolving technical application problems with transactions.
- Taking over back-office tasks: this includes checking ID and address data as well as checking and changing customer data.
- Follow-up and documentation of customer concerns.
- Meet and exceed customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets - also in order to get performance bonuses.
Your qualifications
💭 You speak and write German at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
🎓 Experience in customer support and the travel industry is a plus but not a must.
💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent multitasking skills.
💪🏻 You have a desire to learn and advance, and be a curious investigator and problem solver.
🥇 Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening skills. You have good interpersonal relationship building skills.
