About the job:
The main purpose of your role is to review user flagging reports regarding content and ads on the worldwide social media platform, which essentially means looking through and potentially deleting harming or inappropriate content. It is a very detail oriented role, where stress resistance and concentration are of very high importance. You will be in charge of looking through content and determine whether it follow restrictions, terms of use and guidelines of the platform. You will not have any customer contact in this position. Furthermore, you will be working from the office 2 days per week, and from home the other days.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
- Review user flagging reports regarding website content
- Understand and remain up-to-date with client’s policies and guidelines
- Analyse and identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action in a timely manner
- Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
- Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside of the established policies
- Use market specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of user community
- Review sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or otherwise disturbing subjects
Your qualifications:
💭 You speak Dutch at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
🎓 Experience in customer care is an advantage but not a must.
💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
