The company specialises in dialogue marketing. In a role as service providers, the company are responsible for areas of both telesales and telemarketing: in addition, they also provide customer care through digital channels as email, social media accounts, messenger, web chat, video chat, and – very traditionally – via letter or fax.
Right now the company are searching for a new employee to join the team and contribute to their commitment in delivering exceptional customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for German and English-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries, issues, and product support via phone, email and chat.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer queries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest information to deliver informed and helpful assistance.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and recurring issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our support processes.
Your qualifications:
💭 You speak and write German and English fluently
👂🏻 Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to empathize, listen attentively, and respond effectively to customer needs.
📞 Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
💻 Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
🥇 Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as customer support operates on a 24/7 basis.
