This customer is one of the world's leading security companies! They offer protection services and technical support for all internet-connected devices in more than 25 countries. Working at this particular company you will be part of an international, fast-paced technology company with customer-oriented people all passionate about technology.

Right now the company are searching for a new employee to assist with answering incoming sales calls.

The work consists of the following tasks:

- Answering calls: you are the first person a potential customer speaks to. Therefore, you must always be able to give a good impression over the phone

- Performing remote computer or IoT (Internet of Things) device security checks

- Preparation of safety and performance diagnostics

- Conversion of incoming calls: these should ideally become loyal customers

Your qualifications:

💭 You speak and write Dutch and English fluently

🎓 High school diploma is considered a plus

📞 Previous experience in sales or IT/tech support is an advantage but not necessary as full training and support will be given

💻 Tech savvy - computer literate with solid IT knowledge

🥇 Ability to identify sales opportunities
