The job:

Get ready to help millions of users who are lost using an online map application, you will be a true asset for the team as our new French speaking Map Editor. Some of your daily tasks include:

• Interpret issues reported by internal and external map users.
• Edit the map content
  
• Cooperation within the team
• Handle day-to-day transactions/tickets using client-provided tools, guidelines and policies
• Costumer focus in a friendly and professional manner

Your qualifications:

💭 You speak and write French at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Experience in the travel industry as well as customer support is a plus.

💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent multitasking and analytical skills with attention to detail.

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.

🥇 Can be punctual and relied on.
