Although it is a very modern city, you will still find the old neighborhoods like the Gothic Quarter, where the oldest building in the city is located, and countless bars and stores.

The job

The client is a big company that has  a passion for the iGaming industry. It was founded with the intention to create the best possible online casino. The company's development and knowledge is a combination of education and expert experiences to reach a level of quality, that has never been seen before. They strive to provide the best possible online casino experience known to man. As customer support, you will:

• Support the Dutch customers regarding their inquiries on games, account information, and general questions
• Stay up to date on games, rules and regulations, and the company's internal knowledge base
• Support customers over chat,and sometimes via phone (rarely).

Your qualifications

• You're fluent in Dutch and English
• No experience is needed but will be a plus if have been in the customer care industry
• Ability to work rotating shifts
