What you will be doing:

We help people, one caring interaction at a time. Supportive and caring leadership empowers our team members to develop fulfilling careers while serving international brands and customers in today’s most exciting industries. You will work on behalf of our clients who are brands in aviation, digital banking, gaming, online retail, the telecommunication industry, etc... Depending on clients’ needs and your skills, you will work on diverse projects as we provide both commercial and technical support.

Key Responsibility:

• Answer player's phone calls as well as answer emails, related to their console/network inquiries, etc.

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in German and English
• Passionate about customer service
• Good computer skills
• Previous experience in customer service is a bonus but not a requirement
