About the job

We are an interactive online agency, delivering online services in consumer advertising, customer support, customer retention, and data analysis. As a brand ambassador, you will:

• Talk to the phone 90% of the time about promotions, new products, and general information about the company with our existing customers.
• Reply to emails and solve any problems pointed out by the customers.

Your background

• High Fluency in German and English
• Have experience in customer service and interest in iGaming
• You are outgoing and willing to talk to people/Good communication skills
• Long-term employee preferred, eager to stay with us for years
