You responsibilities

• Problem-solving of technical challenges by phone and email
• Responding to customer inquiries
• Updating customer databases and CRM

• Fluent or almost fluent in speech and writing in both English and Danish
• Good social skills, same flair for IT
• Looking for a long-term position abroad in an exciting company
