The job
As a Czech-speaking Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for existing customers. You’ll represent the company by providing professional support with product-related enquiries – from troubleshooting to setup and general technical guidance. A problem-solving mindset and a friendly attitude are key! Don’t worry – you will receive full training before you start speaking with customers.
Your daily tasks include:
Handling incoming calls, emails and chat from customers requesting support
Following up with customers until their issue is fully resolved
Communicating clearly, politely and effectively with every customer
Building a friendly, professional relationship with customers
Meeting and exceeding service quality standards, compliance and productivity targets
Your qualifications
💭 You speak and write Czech fluently and have a good command of English (B2).
🎓 Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
💻 Good technical knowledge and basic computer skills – multitasking comes naturally to you.
💪🏻 A positive attitude, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn and grow.
🥇 Excellent communication skills, strong listening skills and the ability to build good relationships with customers.
