The job
As a Polish Content Moderator in the digital platforms sector, you will help create a safer online environment by reviewing user-generated content and ensuring it complies with platform policies.
You will assess content such as videos, news articles, images, political advertisements and social media profiles. Before starting, you will receive comprehensive training to help you confidently apply moderation guidelines and policies.
The role operates 24/7 and includes rotating shifts. No previous content moderation experience is required.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
Reviewing videos, images, news stories and social media content
Assessing content for age appropriateness, violence, sexual content and political transparency
Applying platform policies consistently and accurately
Making objective moderation decisions based on internal guidelines
Escalating complex or sensitive cases when required
Meeting quality and productivity targets
Working closely with an international moderation team

Your qualifications
💭 You are fluent in Polish and have good English skills (B2/C1).
🧩 You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
💙 You are empathetic and able to make fair, objective decisions.
🌍 You have a good understanding of political and social topics relevant to the Polish market.
💻 You are comfortable working with digital tools and computer systems.
📚 Previous content moderation experience is an advantage but not required.
✅ You are willing to complete the required background screening.
