The job
As a Dutch Customer Service Advisor in the customer support sector, you will assist customers with technical and general enquiries via phone, email or chat. Depending on the project, you may work exclusively with email communication or across multiple support channels.
You will join an international team delivering high-quality customer support while working in rotating shifts according to project requirements.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
Supporting customers via phone, email or chat
Providing technical assistance and resolving customer enquiries
Recording customer interactions accurately
Following internal procedures and quality standards
Working closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service
Adapting to different customer support projects

Your qualifications
💭 You are fluent in Dutch and have good English skills (B2/C1).
💼 You have previous experience in customer support or technical support, ideally within a helpdesk or IT environment.
💬 You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
💻 You are confident using Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
🧩 You are flexible, adaptable and enjoy working in an international team.
✅ You are willing to complete the required background screening.
