The job
As a Polish Customer Service Advisor in the customer support sector, you will assist customers with their questions and technical enquiries. Depending on the project, you will provide support via phone, email or chat, while one project is entirely email-based.
You will work in an international environment where customer satisfaction and high-quality service are key priorities. The role includes rotating shifts, with some projects operating between 07:00 and 22:00 and others running 24/7.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
Assisting customers via phone, email or chat
Providing technical and customer support solutions
Resolving customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
Recording customer interactions accurately in internal systems
Following company guidelines and support procedures
Working closely with colleagues to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Adapting to different projects and customer needs

Your qualifications
💭 You are fluent in Polish and have good English skills (B2/C1).
💼 You have previous experience in customer support or technical support, ideally within a helpdesk or IT environment.
💬 You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
💻 You are confident using Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
🧩 You are flexible, adaptable and able to work independently as well as in a team.
✅ You are willing to complete the required background screening.
