The job
As a Player Insights Analyst in the iGaming sector, you will join the CRM team and help improve player engagement, retention and overall campaign performance through data-driven insights.
You will analyse customer behaviour, campaign performance and player activity to support commercial decisions and optimise CRM strategies across different markets and brands.
Working closely with CRM, Business Intelligence and Casino teams, you will help turn data into actionable business strategies.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
Analysing customer data to identify player trends, behaviours and engagement opportunities
Evaluating CRM campaign performance and optimising promotional strategies
Building models and performing statistical analysis to support business decisions
Supporting retention strategies and customer segmentation initiatives
Analysing game and provider performance across different regions and brands
Creating reports and dashboards using SQL and visualisation tools such as Tableau
Identifying gaps in player engagement and recommending improvements
Collaborating with CRM, BI and Casino teams to improve operational performance
Exploring databases to uncover hidden opportunities and insights

Your qualifications
π You have experience in a similar analytical role within the iGaming industry.
π You have 2β3 years of experience in commercial or business analysis.
π» You have experience with SQL and visualisation tools such as Tableau.
π§© You understand CRM operations, customer segmentation and retention strategies.
π A degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or a related field is an advantage.
π¬ You have strong communication and presentation skills.
π You are analytical, solution-oriented and comfortable working with large data sets.
β Knowledge of gamification principles is considered a plus.
