The job
As a Danish Customer Advisor in the food delivery sector, you will support Danish-speaking users and help ensure smooth and stress-free delivery experiences.
You will work in an international office environment in Athens, assisting customers with questions related to orders, payments and account support.
The role is office-based and includes rotating shifts between Monday and Sunday from 09:00 to 01:00. Training is provided in English.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
Supporting Danish-speaking customers via phone
Assisting with order issues, payments and account-related questions
Providing professional and friendly customer service
Working closely with an international and multicultural team
Following customer support guidelines and internal procedures
Ensuring high customer satisfaction and service quality
Participating in onboarding and training sessions

Your qualifications
💭 You are fluent in Danish (C1 level or above) and have good English skills (B2 level).

🧩 You are solution-oriented, flexible and customer-focused.
💻 You are comfortable working with digital tools and customer systems.
✅ You already have Greek AFM and AMKA numbers.
