About the job

The travel company you will be working for was established in 2023 as a new business area. They are now expanding the range of services and are looking both for candidates with experience in travel assistance.

In your role as an Travel Assistent, you are often the first person a customer speaks to after something has happened. Your tasks include:

• Listening to the customer’s needs and gathering information

• Providing answers about insurance coverage

• Creating a case in the system

• Referring the customer to a doctor/clinic

• Booking flights and hotels if necessary

• Cooperating with the companies partners within insurance and assistance

It is important to deliver excellent customer service and ensure that the customer receives the necessary assistance. The alarm center is open 24/7, and you will handle inquiries from customers via phone and email. Working hours are divided into different shifts, including day, evening, night, and weekends.

Your qualifications

💭 You are a native Norwegian and English speaker (C2)

💻 You are an experienced user of computers systems and can quickly learn new ones

💪🏻 You have a helpfull mindset, a strong work ethic and are eager to learn

💬 You are confident in communicating through the phone and in writing

🧩 You are structured and deliver high-quality work

🤝 You enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced team, but you can also work independent
