The job
As a Swedish-speaking Meeting Booker in the creative media and video solutions sector, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by generating qualified meetings with Swedish companies in a Full-time role, Monday to Friday during standard Swedish B2B business hours.
The company produces animated safety and explainer videos for industries such as construction and logistics, helping businesses communicate complex information in a clear and engaging way.
Your focus will be to connect with potential clients, create interest and book meetings for Account Executives, contributing directly to the company’s growth.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
Contacting Swedish companies within the SME segment (approx. 4–600 employees)
Identifying relevant decision-makers and introducing the service
Booking qualified meetings for the sales team
Building interest and understanding client needs
Managing outreach via phone and other communication channels
Working towards daily and weekly booking targets (approx. 2 meetings per day once ramped up)
Collaborating closely with Account Executives and management
Maintaining an organised overview of leads and bookings

Your qualifications
You are fluent in Swedish and have good English skills.
You have experience in meeting booking or outbound sales.
You are goal-oriented and motivated by reaching targets.
You are confident on the phone and skilled at engaging potential clients.
You are structured, proactive and persistent.
You enjoy working in a team and contributing to shared success.
