The job
As a Customer Support Agent in the online gaming sector, you will assist players and ensure they receive professional and efficient support. You will communicate with customers via phone, chat and email, helping them with account questions and resolving issues.
The role is full-time and involves rotating shifts. Standard shifts are 8 hours per day. There is also a night shift option from 22:00 to 08:00 with 10-hour shifts, working on a 4-days-on, 3-days-off rotation. Hours worked between 22:00 and 08:00 include an additional allowance.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat and email
Assisting players with account-related questions and issues
Providing clear and accurate information about services and processes
Resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally
Maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction
Documenting customer interactions in internal systems
Working in rotating shifts depending on operational needs
Participating in the onboarding programme including 2 weeks of full training followed by a 2-week buddy period while starting in the role

Your qualifications
💭 Experience in customer-facing roles such as customer service, hospitality, reception or similar.
💬 Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
🤝 Friendly, responsible and reliable personality.
🧩 Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented when assisting customers.
💻 Comfortable working with computer systems and learning new tools.
🌍 Fluency in Dutch is required.
