The job
As a French Customer Service Advisor in the FinTech sector, you will support customers of a leading French online payment institution serving freelancers and SMEs.
You will deliver timely, accurate and professional support via phone and email while ensuring excellent service standards and high customer satisfaction.
This role follows a hybrid work model. Work from home may be temporarily approved depending on performance and business needs. At any time, you may be required to return fully to the office. A dedicated home office space and sufficient internet speed are required for remote work.
Your daily work will include
Managing incoming calls and emails
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs
Building sustainable relationships of trust through clear communication
Providing accurate and complete information using internal tools
Meeting individual and team targets
Recording customer interactions and maintaining documentation
Following internal procedures, compliance guidelines and policies
Working in rotational shifts between 06:00 and 22:00, Monday to Sunday
