The job
As a Dutch Payment Customer Support Advisor in the FinTech and payment services sector, you will provide professional B2B support to merchants using payment terminals and acquiring services.
This is an on-site role in Athens.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial transactions and supporting merchants with their payment-related inquiries.
Your daily work will include
Managing transaction and payment-related inquiries
Supporting refunds, manual charges, and payment tracing
Onboarding new B2B customers
Updating merchant records in internal systems
Working in fixed shifts Monday to Friday (09:00–17:00 or 10:30–18:30)
Achieving performance targets and contributing to team success

Indefinite contract
Performance bonus up to 10%, with overachievement bonus up to 12%
Daily cash bonus via Mastercard (3€ net per working day during the first year, 6€ net per working day after 12 months)

Your qualifications
Native or near-native Dutch (C2 level)
English C1 level
Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency
Analytical mindset and confidence working with financial data
Excellent communication skills
Problem-solving abilities
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
