The job
We are looking for a Sales Team Leader and/or Sales Coach to join our office in Moalboal. In this role, you will lead from the front - training, motivating, and supporting the team while actively participating in sales yourself. You will play a key part in developing strong performers, ensuring high-quality execution, and contributing to the growth of the company.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

• Training new agents in sales techniques and appointment setting
• Providing continuous coaching, follow-up, and performance evaluations
• Taking responsibility for your own team and potentially your own clients
• Selling and booking meetings alongside your colleagues as a true hands-on leader
• Participating in management meetings and contributing to the development of Alpha
• Creating a positive, energetic, and high-performance team culture

Your qualifications
You have 2-3 years of experience in sales training within telemarketing.
You lead by example and are ready to sell side-by-side with your team.
You have a strong telemarketing background and understand how to deliver results.
You are a natural motivator with excellent communication and coaching skills.
You are eager to relocate, take responsibility, and grow with the company.
