The job
As an Offshore Contact Center Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing operational strategy in Cyprus. You will oversee the daily running of the contact centre, recruit and develop teams, and ensure high performance across key metrics such as CSAT, SLA, AHT, and first contact resolution. You will also be responsible for employee engagement, attrition, and compliance while managing your own team of agents.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the Cyprus contact centre
- Driving operational performance and achieving KPI targets
- Recruiting, onboarding, and developing employees and supervisors
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR and industry frameworks
- Collaborating with international teams to align operations with global goals
- Monitoring and improving workflows, tools, and customer processes
- Creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Coaching, mentoring, and supporting leaders and team members
We offer
- Full-time permanent contract in Cyprus (on-site)
- 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 (with flexibility)

Your qualifications
💭 You are fluent in Finnish and English (C1 level or above).
🎓 You have at least 3–5 years of contact centre or BPO management experience.
💪🏻 You have proven leadership skills, including managing through team leads.
🥇 You are experienced in recruitment, onboarding, and operational excellence.
📊 You can analyse data and KPIs to make informed decisions.
📌 Knowledge of COPC standards and AI tools is a strong advantage.
