The job
Does helping others give you energy? We suggest you use this quality in your new job in Valencia! As a Customer Advisor for this Dutch beloved retail brand, you’ll handle customer questions via phone, chat, and email. You will be doing this in both Dutch and French.
You’ll assist with a variety of topics: from checking product availability to helping customers create photo books or personalized photo cakes. Your goal is to provide friendly and helpful support that makes every customer feel valued and makes them want to come back.
Before you start working with customers, you will receive a thorough training. During this training you get to know the way how to talk with customers and slowly you will get to understand the systems and protocols.
We offer
- Work 24-39 hours per week (fixed per week)
- Work Monday - Friday from 08.00 to 18.00 and Saturday-Sunday from 09.00-17.30 (you have to be available 1 weekend per month)
- Work remote from your home in Valencia or Alicante

Your qualifications
💭 You speak fluent Dutch and good French (minimum B1/B2)
🎓 Experience in customer care is an asset, but no requirement
💻 You have basic PC and phone skills
💪🏻 Service-minded and able to listen actively
🥇 You are eager to learn and develop
