The job
As a Appointment Setter for telecommunications and ICT company, you play a key role in supporting the sales team. You will do this by contacting potential customers (prospects) and scheduling face-to-face meetings with a advisor from our company, at their home. Discipline and regularity are important in this role.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Contacting prospects from the provided database to create interest in the companies services and arrange appointments with the sales advisor
- Scheduling the agreed appointment directly in the advisor’s calendar
- Turning cold leads into warm leads by building interest and trust with potential customers
- Supporting sales efforts by preparing the customer for the advisor’s visit and increasing the chances of signing a contract
- Reconfirming appointments with customers one day before the scheduled visit

Your qualifications
You speak and write Flemish at a native level
Commercial experience or customer care experience is an asset but not required
You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills (MS Office)
You have strong and clear communication skills, can listen effectively and you can persuade others in a natural way
You are resilient, think positively, and maintain a high quality of work.
