The job
As a Generative Data Annotator, you will work on a globally-known social media platform to help improve a large language model (LLM). Your role will involve creating, assessing, and refining pairs of questions and answers, ensuring data is accurate, high-quality, and aligned with annotation guidelines. You will be responsible for evaluating machine learning outputs, conducting research when needed, and providing valuable feedback to enhance annotation processes.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
- Annotating English and Danish data accurately and consistently following predefined guidelines
- Evaluating and improving the quality of data resources and machine learning outputs
- Developing and maintaining procedures for high-quality classification and content creation
- Conducting research to ensure precise annotations
- Providing insights into observed patterns in data
- Researching new categories and best practices for data organization
- Supporting continuous improvement of annotation processes

Your qualifications
💭 You are fluent in Danish (C1/C2) and English (C1 minimum).
🎓 You hold an undergraduate university degree (NFQ Level 8 or higher) or equivalent.
💪🏻 You have at least 1 year of professional experience, ideally working with data, annotation, or research.
🥇 You have strong communication skills, cultural awareness of Denmark, and mental resilience to handle sensitive content.
📊 You are analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable interpreting large datasets.
📌 Cultural knowledge – You have lived, studied, or worked in Denmark, or have comparable experiences ensuring familiarity with the local culture, customs, and dialects.
