The job
As a Contact Center Agent, you will combine backoffice work with calls to clients. You will handle files of debtors (people who did not pay their bills) and prepare writs for bailiffs who are further
responsible for collecting the depts.
Your daily work will include tasks like:
- Analyse all the files of the deptor, check the history and
make a decision if the writ can be prepared or not - Checking the national register for the current status
- Checking data of the final reminder letter if it had been sent to the correct addres
- Checking the invoices issued by the company and the whole due amount
- Send writs to bailiffs from respective area of their jurisdiction
- Do the complete follow-up of the file till the moment it is closed (in some case an extra information is needed from external parties)

Your qualifications
💭 You speak and write Flemish at a native level and English at a basic level (B2)
🎓 Experience with back office activities, handling contracts and financial documents is
a plus
💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
💪🏻 You are self confident and you have good judgement. Having an eye for detail is also important
🥇 You have a high level of concentration and focus and pay attention to details
