The role:
You will be the first point of contact between customers and Canon. You’ll represent the brand by providing professional technical support for all kinds of queries – from specific camera models to printer setups, purchases, troubleshooting and more. A positive and problem-solving mindset is key. You will receive full training before speaking with customers, including in-depth knowledge of the products.
Your daily tasks include:
Delivering excellent customer support via phone or email for a wide range of issues
Using established procedures to provide accurate, valid and complete information
Resolving customer queries in a friendly, polite and professional manner to build strong relationships
Exceeding customer service quality standards, compliance regulations and productivity targets
Creating a customer service experience people value – and that we’re proud of
Following management guidelines and providing feedback
Your skills:
💭 You speak and write Spanish at native level and can communicate in English (minimum B2)
🎓 Previous customer service experience is a plus
💻 Basic computer skills with excellent multitasking ability
💪🏻 Eager to learn and grow – curious and solution-focused problem-solver
🥇 Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening; able to build good customer relationships
