The job
As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for the entire sales process, from finding leads to closing deals. You’ll help sales professionals secure one-on-one meetings with top-level decision-makers from Europe’s largest companies, giving them a unique chance to grow their business. You'll also manage your own portfolio over time and build long-term client relationships.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Prospecting and building a pipeline through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.
- Identifying and targeting companies that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Booking and running 10+ meetings per week (once fully up to speed)
- Closing at least 1 deal per week
- Growing to 40 meetings and 4 closed deals monthly after 6 months
Your qualifications
💭 You speak Norwegian at a native level and you are fluent in English (at least B2).
🎓 1–2 years of outbound B2B sales experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced, KPI-focused environment.
💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
💪🏻 You are self-motivated and proactive with a growth mindset and strong work ethic.
🥇 You have strong communication skills and you are excellent at prioritising tasks.
