The job

In this customer support role you will be interacting with Finnish customers, and serving B2B and B2C clients on inbound calls as first and second line support. Some of your daily tasks include:

• Answer questions about prices, memberships, cancellation policies, account information, billing etc.
• Make changes in account informations, payment method, membership status or plan
• Identify the issues of clients, handle complaints, provide solutions and alternatives, guide customers within the time limits
• Use guides and protocols provided during your initial training to ensure customer satisfaction
• Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide technical support for the streaming service company
• Handle outbound calls for administrative tasks such as getting feedback or following up on late payment

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write Finnish fluently (C1) and you speak English (at least B2).

🎓 6 months experience in customer service.

• Experience with digital service platforms, and CRM tools is an advantage.

💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.

🥇 You have strong written communication skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
