The job
As an online content moderator in the iGaming industry, you will need an eye for detail and a mature mindset. Your daily work will include tasks like these:
- Oversee and correct content on various platforms
- Review user-generated content (e.g. sales ads)
- Support the AI and bot department and learn about data-driven content
- Follow communication procedures and guidelines
- If the AI and bots have not detected content issues but user reports exist, you will step in as the human brain to make corrections
Your qualifications
💭 You speak and write Danish at a native level and you can communicate in English.
🎓 No experience required, but it is an advantage if you have experience in customer support.
💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with good relationship building skills.
🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
