The job
You will be in charge of monitoring customer accounts for fraudulent behaviour, processing Know-Your-Customer (KYC), as well as managing the withdrawal processes for Finnish speaking customers. Your daily work will include tasks like these:
- Process payment and KYC checks governed by Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) standards and other licences
- Monitor new player behaviour to finding possible patterns and reveal cases of fraud
- Handle suspicious accounts and events in accordance with the company's policies and guidelines
- Communicate with the customer support team and payment providers to solve issues related to deposits/withdrawals/KYC
- Ensure that VIP withdrawals are getting processed efficiently
Your qualifications
💭 You speak and write Finnish fluently (at least C1) and English fluently (B2).
🎓 At least 1 year experience within the iGaming industry, a payment provider, or within banking.
💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
