The job
As the HR Administrator you will be in charge of handling all incoming emails and phonecalls regarding human ressources.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
- Handle errands incoming through email or phone
- Issue service ceritficates
- Issue work certificates
- Apply for approval from Länsstyrelsen
- Onboarding of employees
- Registration in Hogia P or Hogia Payroll
- Admin of changes in employment conditions
- Off boarding of employees
- Off boarding at Länsstyrelsen
- Send out 12 months letter
- AFA
- Application and cancelling SIS-ID
- Upload and save documents in Hogia Personal
Your qualifications
💭 You speak and write Swedish at a B2 or C1 level and you can communicate in English (B1).
🎓 2-4 years experience in related role.
- Post-secondary education in HR Administration.
💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
💪🏻 Strong analytical and interpretation skills with a "continuous improvement" and agile mindset.
🥇 You have strong communication skills and you work well under pressure with deadlines.
