The job

As a customer support agent you will be speaking to or writing with customers in order to solve their issues or inform them about the features of the products. Your daily work will include tasks like these:

• Assist customers of an e-commerce platform using multiple channels as assigned depending on the need (incoming telephone calls, emails and chat)
• Customer Order Management
  
• Ensure that all complaints are being recognized, recorded confirmed, and solved effectively
  
• Proactively propose ways to improve the processes
  
• Adhere to given processes and procedures
  
• Update the database of customers and document activities
  
• Report common issues to the support team for further escalations

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write Croatian at a native level and your are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Experience in customer care is a plus but not required.

💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.

🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
