The job
As the finance specialist you will be analysing the company's financial data and provide recommendations, You will be responsible for ensuring that ledger data is accurate and precise, Your daily work will include tasks like these:
- Prepare and manage general ledger entries
- Solve unreconciled variances with various departments
- Assist in annual audit with external auditors
- Prepare month end journals
- Make ad hoc reports and analysis
- Prepare GL Accounts reconciliations
- Work with and support the accounting team, AP & AR teams and commercial team in day-to-day activities, special projects and workflow process improvements
Your qualifications
💭 You speak and write Spanish fluently (at least B2-C1) and you also communicate in English fluently.
🎓 1-2 years of experience in a similar position or a degree in Finance
- Experience in R2R activities: Record-to-report (R2R) is a finance and accounting management process that involves collecting, processing, and presenting financial information in the form of documents that are used by management to perform analysis and review.
- Experience with SAP or S/4HANA
💻 You have an basic IT knowledge and good level of computer handling skills.
💪🏻 Ability to think analytically and solve problems.
🥇 You have strong communication and decision-making skills, and you can communicate concisely.
