The Job
As a CRM Manager you will be in charge of the customer relationship management strategy of the company. You'll be analysing customer data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction. This involves developing targeted marketing campaigns, creating personalised communication strategies. Overall, your role as a CRM Manager is crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and success. Your daily work will include tasks like these:
- Analyse customer data to identify patterns and trends
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase customer engagement and retention
- Create targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of CRM initiatives
- Monitor and report on key CRM metrics, such as customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and churn rate
- Continuously evaluating and optimising CRM processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Your Qualifications
💭 You speak English fluently (at least strong B2) and it's an advantage if you also speak French fluently.
🎓 Experience in the iGaming industry.
💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
💪🏻 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and techniques.
🥇Excellent problem solving skills. You must have the skills to negotiate and influence.
