The job
The main purpose of the role is to review and remove inappropriate and harmful content. The content is text, visual, video, and audio that is being submitted by the advertisers before it reaches users. It is a very detail oriented role, where concentration and maturity is of high importance.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
- Review sensitive content
- Use market specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of user community
- Make professional decisions and help resolve inquiries with respect to defined policies and procedures, especially the data protection policy.
- Recognise trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside of the established policies
Your qualifications
💭 You speak and write Portuguese at a native level and English fluently (at least B2).
🎓 Experience in customer care is an advantage, but not a must. Maturity and ability to deal with highly sensitive content (graphic images, among others).
- Knowledge of global pop culture and the current events
- Familiarity with platforms such as sales force and live chat services is an advantage
👂🏻 Ability to empathise, listen attentively, and respond effectively to client needs.
💻 Basic understanding of computer handling. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
