The job
As a Technical Customer Support, you will primarily take inbound calls and emails, and live chat with customers. Your daily work will include tasks like these:
- Maintaining relationships with clients through phone communication
- Providing clients with product knowledge
- Effectively managing all incoming incidents, such as calls and emails
- Collecting information from clients and resolving technical issues
Your qualifications
💭 You speak French at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
🎓 Experience in customer and IT support is a plus.
💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
